Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Policy
We deliver throughout the UK mainland 6 days per week. Goods in stock will be dispatched through standard UK Couriers and Royal Mail recorded or special delivery services. It may be necessary to ship your order via alternative methods depending on size. You will be notified of this prior to delivery.
We will always endeavour to deliver your products within 2-3 working days from receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. For bespoke items, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If any item is not in stock, you will be informed within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Up to £25 | £3.00 + VAT |
| £26-£50 | £5.00 + VAT |
| £51-£100 | £6.50 + VAT |
| £101-£250 | £9.99 + VAT |
| £251-£500 | £11.99 + VAT |
| £500 + | £14.99 + VAT |
All our deliveries require a signature, if you are not in when the courier or postman attempts to deliver, you will be left a card and the item taken back to their local sorting office. You will usually have between 3 and 7 days to collect the item from the sorting office. If you do not collect the item within the timescale given on the card, your items will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a re-stocking fee.
2. Returns policy
All goods remain the property of Facilities Buyer until paid for in full.
All goods returned to us in error of the purchaser must be notified prior to return and will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. This excludes products manufactured to your specific requirements.
If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the products, please ask for assistance prior to purchase.
If the item sent out to you is faulty a replacement will be issued and shipping costs will be covered by Facilities Buyer.
All items must be sealed and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring items are returned to us and therefore will need to provide a proof of delivery on request.
